4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline only.
  • Dufftail is not liable for delays caused by couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery fees are displayed at checkout at a flat rate of R 250.00 and are non-refundable (unless otherwise required by law).

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once items are inspected. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
